MEET Jane
Lovely to meet you — I’m Jane, and I live in West Kirby on The Wirral. I am happily married to a very creative Architect, have three beautiful children, Hilbre, Sophie and Calum, a granddaughter named Margot, a grandson named Vinnie and a dog named Ziggy !!!— and I love my job.
My passion for photography started at age five, when I would rummage through family albums and hundreds of 6” x 6” prints in yellow Kodak envelopes.
Even from this early age, I wanted to take pictures of everything. I quickly realised my passion and embraced my studies at Liverpool Art College, where I won “student of the year”.
I went on to train under The Beatles’ official photographer, Herbert Hughes, and since becoming a wedding photographer 43 years ago, I haven’t looked back.

My vision has always been to bring a sense of timeless beauty and understated elegance to my work. I strive to create images that will never date and stand the test of time.
My dream clients embrace their personalities, are adventurous, and aren’t afraid to venture outside the box of traditional wedding photography.
For me, wedding photography is about honest storytelling that encapsulates authentic moments. I strive to document your day in the most organic way together with my personal flair — from the moment you put your wedding outfit on to that cheeky first kiss with your partner and beyond.
You’re simply not another couple to me, and I would love not simply to be another supplier to you. I would love nothing more than to be part of your wedding experience.
WHERE HAVE I PHOTOGRAPHED?
I have shot weddings all over the country and had the pleasure of capturing a handful of destination weddings.
Locally, I have shot at various Wirral wedding venues, from Craxton Wood and Thornton Hall to Inglewood and Hillbark. Liverpool wedding venues, including 30 James Street, Titanic Hotel Liverpool, and St George’s Hall (opposite). And I’ve also covered weddings in Cheshire at Chester Zoo, Old Palace Chester, and Pryors Hayes wedding venue.
